Visited MyTyles last week and was pleasantly surprised with the collection and the range of tiles and wall cladding they have. I have been searching for a specific tile all over Bangalore and couldn't find it anywhere. I found the tile here in less than 10 mins thanks to Kusuma who attended to me at the store. Kusuma was very patient and understood exactly what I wanted and helped find it. She also gave me good suggestions for grouting. Mytyles is a mega store for all tiles and related accessories requirement. It has varities for every budget. I particularly liked their Moroccan tyles that are made with Attangudi concept. I have added few photos below. Good Sales lady Ms Kalpana. Delivery process is very efficient and foolproof. The broken tiles in the transportation were replaced immediately within 2 hours. No big proofs were asked for - just few photos. Price negotiation is not available. I feel there should be a room to discuss pricing (not just the barcode reading ! ) Overall, good experience...

My Tyles is an ultimate one stop shop for new home owners. You are spoilt for choices. We have spent days at the store as when we think we have decided, we find another better one to change our mind. Mytyles, is quite a paradise fir those looking for the widest range of tiles at different price points. The tiles are of good industry standards, prices are a bit high in some cases but competitive overall with a wide range. Distance and location is a damper as it is tedious to get there... The variety and customer service however is the game changer, a happy experience which comes well recommended.

I liked Mytiles, the collection is vast, fixed prices. It relaxes you to focus on design and selection. Staff is amazing (Mrs. Shalini) walks you through the selection, estimation, billing, follow up and post delivery support. I found it very reliable, good range in product, design and pricing. Facility - good parking space, air conditioned, ample space at the store, nice seating arrangement, water and refreshment available, clean washroom and lot more. As a customer, you are attended to and well taken care of. I took time and visited Mytiles like 8-10 times before finalizing and placing the order. My overall experience has been fantastic.

When I entered the store I was met by Rajesh the salesperson. I have visited the store a few times. Every time Rajesh was there to help me. Rajesh was always cheerful, helpful and most importantly willing to show me around the huge showroom with a wide variety of tiles. He understood my needs and suggested tiles accordingly, especially keeping in mind the thickness and the surface finish ideal for particular areas of the home. Good variety and selection of Tiles. Price wise they have a wide range from minimal to high end expensive tiles. The staff, management, service and delivery everything is well organised and committed. Would surely recommend anyone looking for elegant tiles for their house.

The best part is they assist us to pick the sample tile and keep.it on floor to see the combination. With that we were able to take better decision. Amazing experience at Mytyles. Clearly the biggest showroom with very very wide range of flooring and tiling solutions. The showroom is huge and has been sectioned well and one can just get lost browsing through the displays. To top it, the sales team were quite prompt and helpful in understanding the requirements and taking the effort of browsing through the display with customers and helping select the required solution. For us, Miss Kusuma was our sales rep who helped from tile selection till the stocks arrived at the site. Handholding was very good. If you are planning construction or renovation, this place should be in your must visit places simply because of the way the showroom has been put together. For us, it also helped us get ideas on the combinations with the way their display zones are made. One of a kind place and the other good part is their online presence. We actually had shortlisted few styles and were able to have a look at physical sample of the same at the store with help of Kusuma.
